Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • vegetable oil
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • hoisin sauce

  • 5 eggs

  • 5-8 carrots sliced

  • 2 onions sliced

  • 2-3 inch piece of ginger, sliced

  • 5-8 garlic cloves, pressed

  • 2 cans bamboo shoots

  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 2 cups peas

  • 2-3 cups sweet peas

  • 3-6 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. In carbon steel treated wok, add eggs and cook. Then set aside on a plate.

2. Add carrots to empty wok with 3 Tbsp oil and cook, adding in some soy sauce.

3. Add in sliced onions. Stir while cooking.

4. Add in sliced ginger. Stir while cooking.

5. Add in garlic. Stir while cooking.

6. Add in bamboo shoots. Stir while cooking.

7. Add in peas and green onions. Stir while cooking. Add some soy sauce.

8. Add in snow peas. Stir while cooking.

9. Add in cooked rice. Stir while cooking.
