Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 can (12 fl. oz) evaporated milk
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Place room temperature pie dough (let sit out of refrigerator for 5 mins) in 9-inch pie pan. Preheat oven to 425F.
- In medium bowl, mix sugar, salt, pumpkin spice, eggs, pumpkin puree and milk.
- Bake in oven at 425F for 15 mins. Then reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 40-50 mins.
