Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz) 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Place room temperature pie dough (let sit out of refrigerator for 5 mins) in 9-inch pie pan. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix sugar, salt, pumpkin spice, eggs, pumpkin puree and milk.
  3. Bake in oven at 425F for 15 mins. Then reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 40-50 mins.
