Ingredients
- 2 packages of Linguine (or Fettuccine or Spaghetti)
- 1 stick (8 Tbsp) of butter
- 4 cups (32 oz) of whipping cream
- 500-800 g of smoked salmon cut into pieces
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 Tbsp grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring about 5 liters of water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, in a large pan, melt butter and cook with cream for about 5 mins.
- Place drained pasta back into large pot.
- Pour butter and cream mixture into pot of cooked pasta and mix.
- Add salmon, egg yolks and Parmesan cheese to the pasta in the large pot. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
