Ingredients
- 3-4 deboned chicken breasts cut into strips
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil or butter
- 1 or 2 onions finely diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp black pepper corns
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups cream
Instructions
1. In large pan, cook chicken until down and then set aside on a plate or bowl to add in later.

2. In original large pan, heat oil and add onions. Sauté about 5 mins.

3. Then add cooked chicken and broth. Let simmer 5-10 mins.

4. Add in pepper corns. Let simmer 5-10 mins.

5. Add in mushrooms and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until mushrooms cook down.



6. Add cream and let simmer 5-10 minutes.
