Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil or butter
- 1 or 2 onions finely diced
- 3-4 deboned chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp black pepper corns
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups cream
- 2 Tbsp flour
Instructions
1. In large pan, heat oil and add onions. Sauté about 5 mins.

2. Then add chicken and chicken broth. Let simmer for about 20-25 mins, until chicken is cooked.

3. Add in pepper corns. Let simmer 5-10 mins.

4. Add in mushrooms and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until mushrooms cook down.



5. Add cream and flour and let simmer 5-10 minutes.

6. Serve over rice with steamed broccolli and carrots.
