Plum Tarte

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • about 12-15 plums sliced

  • 3 eggs lightly beaten
  • 8 oz or one small package of heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place room temperature pie dough (let sit out of refrigerator for 5 mins) in pie pan. Preheat oven to 375F or 180C.
  2. Add sliced plums to pie pan.
  3. In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs and then mix in cream and vanilla.
  4. Pour medium bowl contents over plums in pie pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool about 20 minutes before serving.
