Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- about 12-15 plums sliced
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 8 oz or one small package of heavy (whipping) cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place room temperature pie dough (let sit out of refrigerator for 5 mins) in pie pan. Preheat oven to 375F or 180C.
- Add sliced plums to pie pan.
- In medium bowl, lightly beat eggs and then mix in cream and vanilla.
- Pour medium bowl contents over plums in pie pan. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool about 20 minutes before serving.
